Lerania walked tworads Ryu, the love of her life. She walked to him, as Ryu smiled as he saw her. He pulled Lerana into him as he smiled and held her close. Lerania closed her eyes...this was it...the moment she had been dreading...she had to tell ryu..."...ryu...." Lerania said, pushing away from Ryu. "oh, wats wrong...?" Ryu asked smiling kindly. Lerania made a mad face, and looked away. "...were over..." she began walking away, but felt Ryu grab her wrist, and ask, "whats wrong...this isint like you..." she heard the seriousness in his voice and she closed her eyes. "...i hate u...i despise you completly...everything about you makes me sick, when you touch me, i want to just jump out a window...i would rather have orochimaru have his way with me then let you ever hold me again...your weak..and ive out growned you... Im stronger then you will ever be, i deserve someone stronger, someone more powerful...someone thats not you...your weak...you..." Lerania stopped and yanked her wrist back. "...you let your entire family die at your weakness...tch...your not strong enough for me...so...heh...goodbye..." Lerania said, walking away leaving Ryu speechless, and staring t the ground. Lerania walked away steadily, her heels hitting the ground, being the only sound except for the wind in the trees. Tears started streaming down Lerania's face, she knew that Ryu would be able to hear her unsteady breathing soon, so she did the only thing she could do at that moment that wouldnt make it obvious that she had just told the biggest lie in the world to Ryu...to anyone. She timed herself perfectly, and just as the leaves were blowing past her, she made them swirl around her as a distraction to Ryu's eyes that were glaring at her back, the next thing Ryu knew...Lerania dissapered into thin air....leaving only a purple swirl in her place...Lerania was at the village gates in a matter of milliseconds, there standing..waiting for her...was Itachi Uchiha...he grabbed Lerania's face and looked her in the eye..."...no ones goning to follow and look for you now?" Itachi said more then asked. Lerania sent him a death glare, and flicked him on the forhead sending him to stobble back words. Lerania turned around and looked at her home. She took out her kunai and slit her hand. Itachi gasped as he saw the blood poor from her hand. She held it in fist and said, "...i promise ill be back...i promise..." Lerania let her fist go as the blood fell to the ground and her hand stopped bleeding instintly, and was completly healed. She turned and looked no where near Itachi and said, "...Lets go..." she said walking forward, leaving Itachi behind her. Itachi looked at her confused, '...wat happened to her to make her change her mind so quickly...' Itachi cought up to her and walked with her silently as they walked tworads the akatsuki. Ryu was still standing there, looking at the spot wehere Lerania used to stand...that wasnt lerania...that wasnt lerania... Ryu kept saying in his mind,waiting for the kawaii little girl to poop out of no where and to just smile her smile and blow Ryu away at her innocentness...but it never came...that WAS Lerania...but y did she say everything she did...maybe she really did hate him...well...he knew now that he was just going to leave her alone...He began walking his head hung low, then he saw Lerania's house, he sighed and walkde to the door, knocking on it, but realised it was already opened. He pushed the door aside, and looked inside, the house was crazy, everything thrown everywhere. Ryu ran into the kitchen...and wat he thought would be there...was...a note that read "...Lerania...we know who your brother and boyfriend are...if u want them to continue breathing...u better leave this village imediatly, u are to strong of an ninja to live in this village and u will only ruin our plans, u must leave today...immediatly. and remember...u could always come with me...we miss u, you know that?..." Ryu read the note aloud to himself and almost collapsed. He then saw that there was a cruppled up note next to his foot on the floor. He grabbed it and realized it was from someone else, he opened it and read it aloud again. "Lerania we hear you have to leave, well, we would be happy to take you in, and have u as a very good asset to our organization...meet us at the gate at 8:00 toight sharp...make sure u have no one that would want to find you...or we wil have to kill the ones you hold dear..." Ryu did fall this time, wide eyes and astonished...Lerania..was... a protecter...of everyone...

Lerania was sitting on the ground in her neko form, while most of the villagers were surrounding her, chanting stuff at her. Ryu was walking past when he saw the familiar neko girl, getting rocks thrown at her, while she just sat there, head hung low. Ryu walked over, wanting to get a better look at what was happening. "You freak! Leave this place!" "Get out of here you demon!!" "You just so weird-" Ryu had enough, and yelled, "She's not weird...!!!" he blushed in embaressment when Lerania looked at him with hopeful eyes, while her ears twiched cutely. All the villagers,looked at him in one way or another, then scoffed and left. Ryu walked over to her, to see if she was okay, but she just smiled at him, repeating over and over again that she was okay, blushing the entire time.

Ryu looked at the sleeping form that was leaning up against him. It was weird, he never saw Lerania ever sleep before. When she was with him though, she was always able to fall asleep so easily. He looked at her, he smiled and blushed, but then cought him self, and looked away. He knew that He wasn't supposed to have feelings as an anbu...for anything. Ryu had lived by that rule for years...and yet...this girl comes out of nowhere, and he has the feelings he thought he forgot long ago. Ryu sighed, not able to hold it anymore, and just grabbed her hand and blushed watching her cuteform sleeping soundly, while he blushed slightly, and just had to stare for quite some time...

Lerania felt her cat ears and tail come out. She was looking out at the moon while sitting on the lake. She heard something behind her and she jumped into the shadows. "Who's there?" She asked in a voice that sounded nothing like hers...but dark and scary. "Do I know you?" The voice anwsered...a voice to familiar...a voice she knew...A voice like Ryu's..."Ryu?" She asked in a more kind voice then before. "Whos there?!" He asked in a suprised, yet aggressive voice. "Its me...Lerania..." she answered looking down at her reflection, seeing her neko self. She was so angry...it had to happen today....it just had to! "Oh, hey." Ryu said in a much calmer voice, and alot nicer at that. She heard him coming near, and she then yelled out, "STOP! Don't come any closer..." while borrowing her face into her knees. "Why...whats wrong?" Ryu asked in a concern voice. Lerania just whimpered in a barley audible whisper, "...I a monster..." She heard Ryu gasp, as he heard what she said. "What...what do you mean..." he asked her, still moving closer. "You would never look at me the smae...you would run away...just like the rest of them did..." she whimpered again, still not lookin up. "...I promise i wont..." Ryu said, in a very kind voice. Lerania smriked and said, "...thats what they all said..." Ryu looked at her shadow sadly, wanting to help. He could only think of one thing to say, "...i wouldn't stop loving you because your a monster..." he heard Lerania gasp, as she sttod up slowly, not knowing what to expect. She staggered out of the shadows, her head hung low and hidden in the shadows. She looked up and Ryu saw what she was talking about... she had the cutest cat ears...and a little cat tail to go with it. Ryu smiled as he saw her and reached out and grabbed her arm. He pulled her into his tall frame, as he bent over a little to kiss her. Lerania had her smooth hands on his face and neck. She was blushing furiuslyand had her eyes open in suprise. The moon was right behind them the whole time...making it a perfect moment neither would ever forget! ^_^ KAWAII!!!!

Ryu looked down at Lerania, as he felt the tears wanting to pour out of his eyes. She protected him when Orochimaru tried to stab him with his sword. Orochimaru didn't want to kill his favorite experiment, tried to make his sword go around the girl..but she was to persistinet...and this was her fate...Ryu bent over her, as he put a hand on her face. Lerania had the sword go right into her, and used her chakra to keep it their and seal it. She knew it was suisidel...yet she did it to save him. Ryu bent over Lerania and kissed her on the lips. He was upside down and he had his eyes open. Because if he blinked...the tears would surely begin to fall from his eyes...Ryu grasped Lerania to him and let some of the tears fall down. He held onto her tight, not wanting to let go...when he heard something...Then he heard it again.... it was a voice....very ruff..."Your gona crush me..." he heard again, but this time more clearly. He looked down at Lerania and saw her eyes slightly openedwith a small smirk playing on her face. Ryu gave her a shocked expression while Lerania laughed softly. "Im not that easy to kill...you think so little of me sometimes..." she said while giving him that award-winning smile. All Ryu could was smile back....happy....she was still alive...

Lerania was standing in her bedroom, looking out the window. She had been so very insomnic. She turned around, away from the window and closed her eyes tight. She grasped her necklace around her neck, and sighed softly. The next thing she knew...she was in someones arms. She gasped slightly, but then relaxed when she realized who it was. "...Hey..." he said to her. Tilting her head up a little bit. "Hey Ryu." Lerania said, smirking slightly. "So...what did u wan-" but she was interupted when she felt Ryu's lips on hers. She gasped, half suprised by the sudden forwarness of the boy. She wanted to kiss back...and she did. Her eyes were still open werily, as she blushed. She then pulled away abruply. "Waaiit!! What about Kasumi!?" Lerania yelled, feeling as if she was betraying her. Ryu looked at her shocked...even when it came to her own feelings and wants...she always thought of others first. He was sure this would work...why hadn't it?!

Lerania just smiled and said, "No worrys...theres no reason to be afraid...i wont hurt you." she said while smiling gently and blushing some what. The boy looked at her then asked, "...Are you an angel?" Lerania only shook her head while sweetly giggling. "No im not sorry...was it because of the wings?" she asked gesturing with her head to her wings. The boy shook his head. "No..its that your so pretty..." He said as he stood up and looked at her closely. Lerania blushed and looked away. She felt as if she could trust this boy....and she really did want to get to know him.

Lerania was wearing the priestess robe that Ino and Sakura had thrown her into. She was leaning against a Cherry Blossom tree while just looking up at the stars. She grabbed a blossom off the tree and just held it in her hands. She stared at it, before she felt hands go around her own. She looked up, shocked, but was meet with looking at Ryu. He grabbed the blossom out of her hands and put it into her hair. He smiled softly at her and pulled her into him. She just looked at him,confused. but then Ryu grabbed her and pulled her closer, and placed their lips together. Lerania was suprissed at first, but then closed her eyes and relaxed into the kiss.

Ryu and Lerania were having a picnic to celebrate their sucsessful mission they just came home on. Ryu was absoulutly exhusted, and layed down. Lerania just smiled, and pulled his head into her lap. Ryu looked at her confused for a moment, but Lerania just smiled sweetly while saying, "Shhh...just sleep..sleep..."in her motherly voice that could put any crazy kid at ease. Ryu noded and shut his eyes, falling into a deep,nightmareless, slumber, all because of Lerania's calming aura surrounding him.

Ryu was listening to what Lerania was saying to him. "I have to leave Ryu, its the only way i can make everyone happy..." Lerania said softly, smiling. Ryu fell to the floor, not wanting to understand. Lerania kneeled infront of him, smiling, she was about to say something when she was interupted. "How can you say that will make everyone happy...?" Lerania looked at him confused for a second, but then smiled again and said, "Everyone won't have to worry about the village being attacked because they are looking for me." she wanted this to be easy...but it didn't look like that was going to happen. Ryu started talking again, "What about me Lerania...what about you?" Lerania looked at him confused, and he then continued. "Your trying to make everyone happy, but what about your happyness?!" Ryu said, looking at her with eyes that were about to brim over in tears. Lerania looked at him sadly and said, "Ryu...my happyness...means nothing to me...its the happyness of others that makes me get the 'happy feeling'." Lerania said, smiling again. Ryu was looking at her shocked, how could she say stuff like that!? Her happiness means nothing!? Ryu couldn't hold it anymore, as the tears fell down his face. Lerania softly grabbed his face, as the tears fell over her hands. She was going to say something to comfort him, but was again interupted again, "...Please don't leave me...I never want to be alone..." Ryu said, closing his eyes as the tears kept falling, out of his control. Lerania gave him a soft smile and said, "I'll always be with you...right here..."she said, pointing to his heart. Lerania placed her forehead on his, looking at Ryu intently. "Trust me Ryu...its better this way..." Lerania whispered to him, closing her eyes as well. "How is it better this way? You leaving me alone!" Ryu snapped at her, tears still streaming his face. Lerania stood up and turned so her back was facing him. "Ryu...you may have lost your family...but...you atleast had them for 9 years... I started right at the begining alone...then, i thought i actually got a family, but then got that taken away from me aswell...i gave up on happyness since it always got taken away from me...so...i need to protect the happyness of those around me now instead." Ryu looked at her mad, and said "How is going back to Orochimaru going to make everyone happy?!" Ryu yelled at her angrily. Lerania turned her head, so Ryu could see her eye, "Orochimaru found Sasuke because of me...Sasuke is most likely going to leave soon anyway, but, if i leave, Orochiamru will not want anything to do with this village anymore...he will have me instead...which is all hes wanted all this time...and me and my selfish wishes, people have gotten hurt because of me...i won't stand for it anymore..."Lerania said walking away, "Just know this Ryu...if i had a choice...i would just kill Orochimaru and stay here with you...but that would make me no better then him..." Ryu heard those last words, and they burried into his mind. 'if Orochimaru was killed...Lerania would stay here...' Ryu thought of that over and over again. Then decided, He was leaving to. He was going to go kill Orochimaru, and bring Lerania back home so she could finally live, a happy life...
